Make note of the following:
  • Pastor Bates’ office will make necessary travel arrangements.  An email including all travel expenses will be sent in advance of the meeting for a reimbursement to be issued prior to arrival.  The host church will be responsible for providing hotel arrangements and transportation.  The details will be discussed once the date(s) has been secured.    
  • Pastor Bates will have a resource table with music and preaching products to sell before and after the event.  We may need 2 people to help with the table.  
  • Pastor Bates will need a private facility to change clothes after church.
  • Pastor Bates does not set a certain amount for an love offering/honorarium.  We do not want to place a limit on God's blessings.
  • Please provide a DVD and/or CD of the service(s) for our archives.
